AI & automation studio

Automations for the heavy lifting. AI only where it needs to decide.

Ingenify designs, builds, and runs end-to-end systems that take the repetitive operational work off your plate. You see the results, not the wiring.

What you open at 9am

Start with one part. Or build the whole machine.

Most people start where the pain is loudest and add the next piece once the first one has paid for itself.

01 AI receptionist
Answers every inbound call, day or night. Qualifies the caller, books straight into your calendar, and writes the job back into your system before you have picked up your coffee.
Running in production
02 Document and invoice AI
Reads the messy real-world paperwork your team retypes by hand. Pulls the fields out, and flags what it is not certain about instead of quietly inventing it.
Shipped, on video
03 CRM and back office
Intake, routing, data entry, reporting, follow-ups. The typing nobody should be paid to do, moved onto a system that does it the same way every time.
Shipped
04 Lead generation and outreach
Finds the right people, writes the touch, sends it once you have approved it, and handles what comes back. A human gate before anything leaves the building.
Running in production
05 A full AI operating system
All of the above, wired together, with one dashboard you actually open in the morning. This is the top of the ladder, and it is what we run our own business on.

Do not take my word for it. Ring it.

The fastest way to know whether this is real is to phone a system I built and try to catch it out.

Abby answers the phones for Summit Air & Heating, a made-up air conditioning company I built as a demo. She is not a recording and not a menu. Ask her about a broken unit and she will qualify you and book you a slot, then you can check what she wrote down.

Live 24/7. US number, your normal international call charges apply.

She answers on the first ringAny hour. No queue, no voicemail.
She works out what you needJob type, urgency, address, contact.

This one is a demo. The same system takes real calls elsewhere.

Built once, then tuned against the calls it got wrong in the first month. That tuning is the job, not the setup.

One of these has been taking real patient calls for months.

DentiLoop runs a HIPAA-compliant AI receptionist for US dental practices. I designed it, built it, and ran it. Not a pilot, not a sandbox. Real patients, real bookings, real compliance obligations.

Upwork feedback from Hena Goel, five out of five stars: working with Pankaj has been a genuine pleasure, his communication is fast and reliable, he responds quickly, keeps you in the loop, and never leaves you wondering where things stand. Beyond just executing tasks, he is always ready to brainstorm, think through problems alongside you, and offer ideas to make the solution better. He is a true team player who takes ownership and genuinely cares about the outcome. I trust him completely, and I would happily work with him again on any future project. Highly recommended.

How a call lands on the dental line

From “this is eating my week” to a system that runs.

Step 01

Map it

We go through the work as it actually happens today, not as the process document says it does. You will hear where I think a system helps, and where it honestly does not.

Step 02

Build it

I build against your real data and your real edge cases, then show it working before anything touches a customer. One week for a single system, four to six for a full build.

Step 03

Run it

It stays my problem. Monitoring, fixes, tuning, and the awkward calls it gets wrong in month one. You get results, not a folder of workflow files you cannot maintain.

About
“I build these systems in the open, on camera, then run them for the businesses that need them. If it can’t actually do the work, I don’t ship it.”

Pankaj Pahuja, Founder, Ingenify. A VKZ Studio brand.

I document real builds on YouTube and put the same systems into production for clients, from AI receptionists to operational automation. One person who owns the outcome, not a handoff chain.

Tell me what is eating your week.

Describe the manual work. If a system can take it over, I will map out what that looks like to build and what it costs. If it cannot, I will say so.

Straight to me, not a shared inbox. Replies inside a working day.
